Irv Gotti woman files the case sues assault abuse Miami, Atlanta Saint Martin
Irv Gotti is at the center of a case alleging sexual assault and abuse. A lady is suing the homicide Inc. Records founder for allegedly taking advantage of her in Miami, Atlanta, and Saint Martin, per Miami New Times.

The media doesn’t revealed name of the accuser, and neither did the court documents she filed in Miami-Dade on July 11. Listed as Jane Doe, she claims that Irv assaulted and abused her on multiple instances between 2020 and 2022.

In addition, the woman says what she repeatedly suffered led her to be committed to a psychiatric ward.

“As a outcome of this sexually abusive connection, Plaintiff has suffered severe emotional and psychological harm for which she had to be committed to a psychiatric ward.

These injuries continue and affect Plaintiff to this day,” court documents reportedly said.

As per to Jane Doe, the abuse from Irv Gotti began the same year they met. She says a mutual friend connected them at a poker tournament in the summer of 2020, and he later invited her to Saint Martin.

But, after she landed, the woman says Irv Gotti forced her to have sex under the threat of sending her house. The case says she complied “due to his power and influence in the music world.” In spite of the rape incident, they both started dating after the St. Martin trip.

However, stuffs did not take a turn for the better. Instead, Jane Doe says she “suffered constant abuse” from Irv Gotti. Another example she cited involved a trip to Miami in January 2022.

During their stay at the Four Seasons, Jane Doe says he forced her to give him oral sex on an elevator.

Later that exact year, he allegedly committed the exact act. That time, however, the alleged forced incident went down in an Uber in Atlanta. Following that attack, the connection between Gotti and Doe ended.
