Chance the Rapper and his wife, Kirsten Corley, have eventually planned to end their marriage, which they nearly unveiled through a joint statement.
They write:
“After a period of split, the both of us have decided to part ways. We came to this decision amicably and with gratitude for the exact time we spent together. God has blessed us with two beautiful daughters who we will continue to raise together.”
Chance and Kirsten married in 2019 and share two daughters, 7-year-old Kensli and 4-year-old Marli. They had been in a connection for several years earlier to getting married.
Their marriage in Southern California was attended by celebrities such as Kim Kardashian, Kanye West, Dave Chappelle, and others.
This announcement is significant, especially considering that Chance has often integrated his connection into his lyrics and musical content, a choice that has garnered criticism over the years.
As per to TMZ In fact, his album “Big Day” is all about his wedding … he wasn’t shy about professing his love for Kirsten, something he’s been doing on his tracks for a very long time.
