Stuffs are getting messy with Teyana Taylor and Iman Shumpert’s divorce. Teyana just accused her former of failing to properly care for their daughters.
The vocalist and actress and NBA star share 2 daughters: Rue, 3, and Juni 8. Teyana claims that Iman “consistently fails to properly care for the minor children” and alleges that he is “failing to feed them in spite of being in the [marital residence] with the minor kid.”
She also claims Iman of “smoking marijuana and being under the influence while caring for the minor children,” PEOPLE reports. In her response, Teyana also asserted that Iman put their 2 daughters in a rideshare in Chicago while he used a private driver. As a outcome, the kids were allegedly “dropped off at the United Center in general population.”
The claims follow Iman’s response following the original divorce filing, according to outlet. Both Teyana and Iman’s attorneys were contacted by the media but have yet to comment.
Teyana filed for divorce in January 2023. But, the duo waited months before making their separation public.
